Grosset Watervale Riesling Clare Valley GI

Clare Valley GI, Australia
Single-vineyard from the Watervale sub-region on limestone-clay; more floral and approachable than Polish Hill. Lime blossom, citrus, and fresh herb on the nose; crisp, focused, and dry with characteristic Clare minerality. More immediately accessible than Polish Hill but equally age-worthy. The wine that introduced Australia to great Riesling in the 1980s.

Australian Riesling with Australian fish; Watervale's citrus and herb are natural with delicate steamed barramundi

Classic Riesling-pork affinity; Watervale's citrus acidity cuts through schnitzel fat while floral notes lift the preparation
