Deeply coloured, almost opaque by Oregon Pinot standards; intensely aromatic with dried rose, dark cherry, blood orange, volcanic mineral, and a savoury-spiced depth from the whole-cluster stems. Zero filtration, indigenous yeast. Extraordinary ageing potential of 20+ years. Production: ~300 cases.
