South Africa's finest Semillon — from old-vine estate parcels on granite soils at altitude. Fermented in French barriques (30% new) with indigenous yeast; aged 15 months on lees. Rich golden; lanolin, beeswax, fig, citrus confit, and a mineral granite backbone. The South African Semillon's natural texture and ageing capacity is displayed at its finest here. Develops extraordinary complexity at 8–15 years.
