Lustau Los Arcos Dry Amontillado
Jerez DO, Spain
About this product
Amontillado begins as Fino but loses its flor protection — either by accident or design — and oxidises under the influence of the solera system. Los Arcos is Lustau's benchmark dry Amontillado: hazelnut, amber, tobacco, with an oxidative nutty depth absent in Fino. Medium-dry but not sweet — the most complex of the everyday Sherry styles.
