Northernmost Côte de Beaune appellation. The Corton hill: red Grand Cru Corton (the Côte de Beaune's only red Grand Cru), white Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne (shared with Pernand-Vergelesses and Ladoix). Bonneau du Martray holds the largest single Corton-Charlemagne plot.
