Home to one of the world's most unique and celebrated wine styles: Rutherglen Muscat and Topaque (formerly Tokay), classified in a four-tier system from Rutherglen to Grand to Rare. Made from dried Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains on the vine, then aged in a solera-like system of fractional blending. No other wine region on earth produces anything quite like them. Also produces robust Durif and Shiraz.
