Vermentino di Gallura DOCG
Sardinia's only DOCG appellation from the granite slopes of the Gallura region in the island's northeast. Vermentino from decomposed granite produces some of the Mediterranean's most distinctive whites: bitter almond, citrus peel, white flowers and a saline mineral character unique to Gallura's granite soils.
