Goriška Brda ('Collio on the Slovenian side') sits on the same rolling limestone hills as Italy's Friuli Collio, separated only by a political border. Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) and skin-contact whites from Movia and Edi Simčič have given Brda international standing in the natural wine movement.
