Thermenregion DAC

Austria's southernmost wine region south of Vienna, where Zierfandler and Rotgipfler — two indigenous white varieties found virtually nowhere else — produce wines of extraordinary aromatic richness from Permian limestone soils. The thermal springs that give the region its name also moderate the growing season.
