Mourvèdre-dominant with Syrah and Grenache, the wine shows the variety's characteristic iron-mineral core, dark cherry, garrigue herbs, and savoury olive tapenade. Structured and ageworthy — the closest California comes to authentic Châteauneuf-du-Pape character.
