From the Inocente pago (plot) of albariza chalk soils, fermented in old American oak and aged under flor yeast in a 4-criadera solera system. Pale straw with extraordinary complexity: chamomile, green olive, salted almond, and flint over a bone-dry, mineral palate of remarkable depth.
