Domaine Huet Vouvray Clos du Bourg Demi-Sec
Vouvray, France
About this product
Clos du Bourg is Huet's walled monopole — 5.5ha of finest tuffeau. The Demi-Sec (off-dry, 15-40g/L RS) is perfectly balanced by Chenin's electric acidity, making it simultaneously a food wine and a meditation wine. Great vintages age 30-50 years.
