Domaine Weinbach Riesling Schlossberg Grand Cru Sainte Catherine

Alsace, France
Schlossberg is Alsace's first classified Grand Cru and Weinbach's greatest Riesling. Grown on steep blue granite soils directly above the estate, it produces the most aristocratic and perfumed dry Riesling in Alsace. The Sainte Catherine bottling represents the top selection from old-vine parcels. Bone dry, with extraordinary finesse and a mineral purity that distinguishes granite from limestone terroirs.
