Phoenix Village Xing Ren Xiang (Almond Orchid) Dancong

Guangdong, China
Xing Ren Xiang (杏仁香, Almond Fragrance) is one of the ten classic aromatic types of Fenghuang Dancong, producing a warm, nutty-floral character distinct from the honey-orchid types. The almond note is intrinsic to the specific genetic lineage of these Phoenix Mountain trees, not a processing artefact. A deeper, warmer, and slightly more accessible Dancong type than Ya Shi Xiang — excellent for introduction to the Dancong category, particularly for guests whose palate is calibrated to nut-forward wine (aged Burgundy, Vin Jaune) or aged spirits.
