Yoshinogawa Gensen Karakuchi Junmai
Niigata, Japan
About this product
Gensen Karakuchi (Source Dry) is Yoshinogawa's statement of authentic Niigata karakuchi (dry): made from the brewery's own contracted rice fields, with the brewery's water, at the brewery's temperature — nothing added or adjusted to chase style. This is honest sake: dry, clean, food-forward, and priced to allow regular service. One of the best-value authentic Niigata junmai expressions available in BC.
