Description
The Netherlands has the world's largest Indonesian diaspora food scene outside Indonesia. Approximately 2 million Dutch citizens have Indonesian heritage (including Indo-European mixed heritage from the colonial period). There are an estimated 2,000+ Indonesian restaurants in the Netherlands — making Indonesian food the country's most popular "ethnic" cuisine.
