Privacy Policy
Provenance is in beta. This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your data; a full policy will be issued before public launch.
We collect your email address, a hashed password, and optional display name when you create an account. We also log anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage) via Google Analytics to improve the product.
We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain only subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to deliver the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email).
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@provenance.kitchen. Full GDPR data-export tooling will be added before public launch.
