Hawaiian ice cream using haupia (coconut pudding) and macadamia nuts: the two Hawaiian dessert threads combined. Haupia ice cream base: coconut cream churned into ice cream. Macadamia nut praline folded in. The result is the most Hawaiian ice cream possible — tropical, nutty, rich.
