Bisol Cartizze Dry

Bisol's Cartizze — from the 107-hectare single Grand Cru hill within Valdobbiadene, where the steepest slopes and south-facing exposure concentrate the Glera grape to exceptional intensity. The 'Dry' designation (17-32 g/L RS) is traditional for Cartizze: delicate sweetness, fine persistent mousse, and intense white peach, apple blossom, and mineral character. The pinnacle of the Prosecco appellation.

The pour exists; it simply hasn't crossed to your shelf yet.

This look is counted — the gap is the signal that brings it here.
