Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha Campo de Borja DO

Campo de Borja DO, Spain
The wine that introduced the world to Campo de Borja — Borsao's Tres Picos (Three Peaks, named for the Moncayo summit silhouette) is 100% Garnacha from 30–60 year-old vines on limestone. Aged 6 months in French and American oak. Deep ruby; plum, blackberry, dark cherry, herbs, and a warm mountain spice. Generous and approachable but with genuine terroir character. Exceptional at its price point.
complement
Old-vine Garnacha's dark fruit and herbal warmth is the natural companion to lamb kebabs; za'atar's thyme-sesame note echoes the wine's own herbal character; yogurt's acidity bridges.

complement
The quintessential Spanish value pairing — the wine's warm dark fruit cuts through chorizo fat and paprika intensity; Manchego adds a salt-nutty bridge; olive-oil amplifies the wine's own Mediterranean character.
