About this product
A benchmark Mercurey Premier Cru from one of the appellation's finest sites — La Framboisière on clay-limestone soils of the plateau. The wine shows the classic Mercurey character: earthy red cherry and plum fruit, a distinctive farmyard complexity, good tannin structure, and a minerality that sets the Côte Chalonnaise apart from simpler Burgundy. Aged in Burgundy barrels, it develops excellent complexity over 5–10 years. Excellent value for a serious Burgundy Premier Cru.
