Unaged Rhum Agricole Blanc from Distillerie J.M., produced from fresh sugarcane juice grown on the volcanic slopes of Macouba in northern Martinique. The J.M. Blanc 50° is bottled at 50% ABV rather than the standard 55%, making it more immediately approachable while retaining the estate's characteristic mineral complexity and fresh sugarcane vibrancy. Martinique's AOC regulations require production exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice (not molasses), column distillation to specific parameters, and at least three months of rest. J.M.'s Macouba terroir adds distinctive volcanic mineral character unique to northern Martinique.
