Calatayud's finest expression of extreme old-vine Garnacha — from 100+ year-old vines at 850m altitude on pure schist soils. Indigenous yeast fermented, aged 14 months in old French barriques. Opaque ruby; extraordinary concentration of black cherry, plum, dark chocolate, iron, and a mineral-volcanic depth from the ancient vines. Remarkable freshness for its power (14%); ages beautifully for 15+ years.
