Limoncello di Capri
Tuscany, Italy
About this product
Limoncello di Capri is made from the zest of Sfusato di Amalfi lemons — large, intensely aromatic lemons grown on the Amalfi coast and Capri island. The zest is macerated in pure neutral spirit, then sweetened with simple syrup. Served frozen (from the freezer): the cold temperature preserves the aromatic intensity and creates the viscous, almost syrupy texture of proper limoncello.
