The benchmark Kremstal Grüner Veltliner — from the Senftenberger Piri vineyard on deep loess soils. The loess gives a creamier, more generous style than Kamptal's primary rock: white pepper, green apple, citrus cream, and a textural weight rare in GrüVe. Fermented in old casks; 11 months on lees. Excellent food wine from 3 to 12 years.
