Dewazakura Shuzo

Dewazakura Shuzo (Cherry Blossom of Dewa) is credited as a pioneer of the ginjo movement — producing refined, fragrant ginjo sake at a time when the style was considered too difficult and expensive for commercial production. Their 1981 Oka Ginjo (Cherry Bouquet) became one of Japan's first widely distributed premium ginjo expressions.
