Arnaldo Caprai is inseparable from Sagrantino's modern identity — without Marco Caprai's research and advocacy, the grape might have disappeared. Their 25 Anni riserva is Italy's most celebrated Sagrantino and one of the wines that put Umbria on the international fine wine map.
