Bodegas Pazo de Señorans

Pazo de Señorans is one of Rías Baixas's most historic estates, farming Albariño vines in the Salnés Valley from a magnificent 16th-century pazo manor house. The estate's philosophy prioritises the primary aromatics of Albariño — white flower, stone fruit, citrus — from low-yielding parcels on decomposed granite soils.

Pazo de Señorans is considered one of Rías Baixas's most traditional and authoritative producers. Their Selección de Añada (multi-vintage selection) is one of Spain's most unusual white wines — a solera-method Albariño that develops extraordinary complexity over a decade of barrel and bottle ageing.
