Charles Audoin farms vineyards across the northern Côte de Nuits including Marsannay, Fixin and Côte de Nuits-Villages with a traditional approach — sustainable viticulture, fermentation in open wooden vats, and ageing in a mix of new and used oak for approximately twelve months.
