Cérvoles Celler

Cérvoles farms mountain vineyards in the Pallars Jussà sub-zone of Costers del Segre at 700–900 metres altitude near Lleida, where the Pyrenean influence creates dramatically different conditions from the hot central plateau. Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Macabeu are farmed sustainably on limestone and clay soils.

Cérvoles is the most interesting artisan producer of Costers del Segre, demonstrating that the Pyrenean foothills can produce wines of genuine freshness and character that are markedly different from the hot, irrigated plateau.
