The Inselkammer family has brewed in the village of Aying, 25km southeast of Munich, since 1878. Ayinger's Celebrator Doppelbock — distinguished by its miniature goat ornament — is one of Germany's most internationally awarded beers, and Aying's lagers have won more World Beer Championships than any other single German brewery.
