Domaine des Comtes Lafon is the reference point for Meursault, farming their celebrated premier cru vineyards (Les Perrières, Les Charmes, La Goutte d'Or) biodynamically since 1993 and producing Chardonnay of extraordinary richness, complexity, and longevity. Dominique Lafon's meticulous approach — late harvest, long barrel aging, minimal sulphur additions — produces wines that age magnificently for 15–30 years.
