Distillerie J.M. is one of Martinique's most distinguished and sought-after Rhum Agricole producers, farming sugarcane on the volcanic slopes of Macouba in northern Martinique near Mount Pelée. The region's rich volcanic soils, Atlantic trade winds, and high rainfall produce sugarcane of exceptional aromatic complexity. J.M.'s rhums are renowned for their distinctive mineral, terroir-driven character and rich, complex expressions across their aged range. The J.M. XO in particular is considered one of the Caribbean's greatest aged spirits.
