Cave Spring Cellars is one of the Niagara Peninsula's founding estate wineries, established in 1986 on the Beamsville Bench by the Pennachetti family. Cave Spring is Canada's most respected Riesling producer, producing a range of styles from dry CSV (Cave Spring Vineyard) Riesling to exceptional Icewines that have won international recognition. Their commitment to the Beamsville Bench's distinctive clay-loam soils and the Escarpment's moderating influence has defined what serious Niagara Riesling can achieve.
