The Vincent family's Pouilly-Fuissé estate — the producer that established the appellation's reputation for premier-level quality with the Vieilles Vignes bottling in the 1980s. Château Fuissé's Le Clos and Vieilles Vignes single-vineyard wines from the limestone soils around Fuissé village are considered the AOC's benchmark for terroir expression and aging potential. The estate has been central to the 2020 premier cru classification effort.
