Patricia Domergue's biodynamic La Livinière estate — the most critically acclaimed and internationally recognized Minervois producer. The Clos Centeilles and Campagne de Centeilles wines from the limestone plateau demonstrate that Languedoc can produce wines of genuine complexity and mineral depth.
