Founded in 1729, Alvear is one of Spain's oldest continuous wine estates and the most internationally recognised producer of Montilla-Moriles. Their Pedro Ximenez wines — particularly the aged vintages — are regarded as the world's finest expressions of the variety, with extraordinary concentration and complexity.
