Fernet-Branca
Tuscany, Italy
About this product
Fernet-Branca is the world's most bitter and complex Italian amaro — 27 botanicals including aloe, myrrh, rhubarb, gentian, and mint. Intensely menthol on the nose; searing bitterness on the palate that transitions to a warm, digestive finish. An acquired taste that has become ubiquitous in global bartender culture (Calgary alone is one of the largest Fernet markets outside Italy). Traditionally served neat at room temperature, or with ginger ale (San Francisco style).
