The Pétalos — meaning 'petals' — captures Bierzo Mencía's distinctive floral, mineral character: violet and wild strawberry aromatics, light to medium body, refreshing acidity, and the distinctive mineral-slate quality that makes Bierzo so different from other Spanish reds. The most accessible expression of the Palacios-Pérez Palacios Bierzo vision.
