Classic Getariako Txakolina from the historic Txomin Etxaniz estate in Getaria, produced from Hondarrabi Zuri vines on steep Atlantic-facing terraces above the fishing village. Low alcohol (10.5%), naturally effervescent, bone dry, and with a searingly saline acidity that is unique in the wine world. The Atlantic climate's high humidity and constant sea breeze give the wine its defining saline mineral quality — citrus, green apple, sea spray — while the natural fizz comes from bottling during primary fermentation. Traditionally poured from height to aerate.
