Rubentis is Ameztoi's celebrated rosado Txakoli produced from Hondarrabi Beltza (Red Txakoli) grapes, one of the Getariako Txakolina appellation's indigenous red varieties. The wine's vivid salmon-red colour and effervescent, refreshing character capture all of Txakoli's Atlantic personality — saline, crisp, low in alcohol — with the addition of Hondarrabi Beltza's wild strawberry and cherry fruit character. One of Spain's most distinctive and celebrated rosados, showing that Txakoli's extreme freshness and minerality works brilliantly in a rosado format.
