The Contour is Pewsey Vale's reserve Riesling from their historic High Eden vineyard, one of Australia's most celebrated and age-worthy white wines. Produced from the highest-elevation, slowest-ripening sections of the vineyard, The Contour is only made in the finest vintages and develops extraordinary complexity over 10-20 years of cellaring — lime, petrol, mineral slate, and beeswax — in a style that invites comparison with the great German Riesling Spätlesen.
