The Steller's Jay Brut is BC's most established traditional-method sparkling wine brand, produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grown on Summerland's benchlands above Okanagan Lake. Named for the iconic Pacific coastal bird, the wine undergoes extended lees aging for complexity and toasty character.
