Roagna Barbaresco Crichet Paje
Barbaresco DOCG, Italy
About this product
Crichet Paje is Roagna's flagship — a selection from the oldest (60-100 year old) Paje vineyard vines, made only in exceptional vintages. Extended maceration (90+ days), aging in large Slavonian oak for 4+ years. The wine has extraordinary concentration and tannin, with 30-50 year aging potential. One of Italy's most technically demanding and rewarding wines to assess.
